RESOLUTION NO. 13-602 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CHANGING THE NAME OF HATSUSHI TERRACE TO K HATSUSHI VIEW <br /> WHEREAS, the Hatsushi family has requested that the City to consider renaming <br /> existing street to proposed street; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City will pay all costs for the purchase and installation of replacement <br /> signage; and <br /> WHEREAS, Hatsushi Terrace is not on the City's Heritage Street Name list; and <br /> WHEREAS, Hatsushi Terrace is a private and gated cul-de-sac that provides access to <br /> seven parcels east of Montevino Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, all the existing parcels surrounding Hatsushi Terrace are owned by the <br /> Hatsushi family and no other property owners will be impacted by the proposed street name <br /> change. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1.
