RESOLUTION NO. 13-600 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> ACCEPTING THE MIDYEAR 2012/13FY OPERATING BUDGET AND AMENDING <br /> THE 2012/13FY OPERATING BUDGET ACCORDINGLY <br /> WHEREAS, staff periodically presents to the City Council reports regarding the financial <br /> condition of the City along with any recommendations for budget amendments and technical <br /> corrections or corrective actions needed; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Council formally adopted the 2012/13FY Midterm Operating Budget on <br /> June 19, 2012; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff has prepared a Midyear Budget update which includes recommended <br /> amendments to the Budget. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1: The Mid Year 2012/13FY Operating Budget Report is hereby accepted. <br /> SECTION 2: The 2012/13FY Operating Budget is hereby amended as shown in <br /> Attachment A. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on March 19, 2013. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on 19th day of March, <br /> 2013, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Cook-Kallio, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: Councilmember Pentin <br /> Abstain: None �y�" <br /> are Diaz, City Clt---- <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Lowell, City Attorney <br />
