THE CITY OF 16 <br /> -- "' CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> rL£ASANTON. <br /> January 15, 2013 <br /> Economic Development <br /> Operations Services <br /> TITLE: INFORMATION REPORT REGARDING EXTENSION OF CITY <br /> PARTICIPATION IN THE DUBLIN SAN RAMON SERVICES DISTRICT <br /> REGIONAL SEWER CAPCITY ALLOCATION PROGAM <br /> SUMMARY <br /> In November 2010, the City of Pleasanton approved participation in the Dublin San <br /> Ramon Services District (DSRSD) Regional Sewer Capacity Allocation Program <br /> allowing the City to transfer unused sewer capacity at City owned properties to other <br /> private properties as an economic development incentive for eligible businesses within <br /> the City of Pleasanton. The initial agreement offered the program through December 31, <br /> 2012, at which time DSRSD could approve an extension to continue joint participation in <br /> the program. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Accept the extension of the City's participation in the Regional Sewer Capacity <br /> Allocation Program through December 31, 2014. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There are no direct costs to the City. <br />
