CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALA}~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINAlICE NO. 1004 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF BREILH HOMES, INC. <br /> FOR REZONING FROM 0 (OFFICE) TO PUD-HIGH DE%]SITY <br /> RESIDENTIAL AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A <br /> 32-UNIT TOW1]HOUSE PROJECT TO BE LOCATED ON THE <br /> SOUTH SIDE OF PALOMINO DRIVE BETWEEN PICO AVENUE <br /> AND CONCORD STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Breilh Homes, Inc. applied to have an approximately <br /> 2+ acre site on the south side of Palomino Drive <br /> b[tween Pico Avenue and Concord Street rezoned from <br /> 0 (Office) to PUD-High Density Residential and for <br /> development plan approval for a 32-unit townhouse <br /> condominium project to be located on the above-described <br /> site; and <br />WtIEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no <br /> significant adverse effects on the environment, a <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> October 13, 1981; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation <br /> for approval of the rezoning and development plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 13, <br /> 1981; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council finds that this rezoning and development <br /> plan approval is consistent with the General Plan policies <br /> of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES t~REBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 2~ acre <br /> site located on the south side of Palomino Drive between <br /> Pico Avenue and Concord Street from 0 (Office) to <br /> PUD-High Density Residential District. <br /> Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #234, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit A dated October 13, 1981, and incorporated herein <br /> by reference. <br /> Section 3: Approves the development plan for construction of a <br /> 32-unit townhouse condominium complex to be located on <br /> the above-described site, sub.~ect to the conditions on <br /> Exhibit B attached hereto and by this reference incorpo- <br /> rated herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
