CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 2970 <br />I~EB rlLUTII3 N Nfl .... <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final map has been submitted, the City Engineer <br /> has recommended approval, and the developer is prepared to enter <br /> the subdivision agreement; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE be it resolved: <br /> <br /> 1) The final map submitted by Pleasanton Development <br /> Corporation for Tract 2110, is hereby accepted and approved. <br /> <br /> 2) The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to <br />execute in behalf of the City of Pleasanton that Quitclaim Deed <br />dated January 26, 1960, between the City of P~asanton and the <br />Pleasanton Development Cc~poration, whereby drainage easements <br />to permit the flow of water from Tracts 2005 and 2006, being no <br />longer of use to the City are deeded back to the Pleasanton De- <br />velopment Corporation. <br /> <br /> 3) The Mayor, City Administrator, City Clerk, City Engineer <br />and other city officials are authorized to execute all affidavits <br />on said final map, and to execute the agreement with the Pleasanton <br />Development Corporation for the improvements shown on said map. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED: January 25, 1960. <br /> <br />~TTEST: <br /> <br /> ity Cl~k <br /> <br /> <br />
