CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> S'fArE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 8966 <br /> 0 ~-~.JTIO N NO. <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING CITY AD~INISTP~ATOR TO <br />ACCEPT FEDERAL GRANT FOR SEWAGE <br />TREATMENT WORKS. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the United States Government acting through the Public <br /> Health Service of the Department of Health, Education and Welfare <br /> has offered the City of Pleasanton a grant of $72,300.00; and <br /> <br />i~u~ERKAS, it is to the best interest of the City to accept said <br />!grant, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, HE IT R~OLVED AS FOLLOW~: <br /> <br /> 1) The City of Pleasanton does hereby accept the above <br />grant of $72,300.00 for construction of sewage treatment works, <br />pursuant to 33 United States Code 466 et seq, being Project No. <br />WPC-CAL-60,° and does hereby agree to fulfill certain conditions <br />in connection with said grant as specified in Part A of the offer <br />of the United States Government dated January 13, 1960. <br /> <br /> 2~ Donald L.
