MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> February 21, 2012 <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Hosterman called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Sullivan <br /> lead the Pledge of Allegiance and he provided introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Absent: None <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> City Attorney Jonathan Lowell stated that the Council met in Closed Session concerning Labor <br /> Negotiations and that no reportable action was taken. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Assistant City Manager Steve Bocian stated that Items 11 and 12 would be continued to a future date <br /> that is yet to be determined. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Approved regular meeting minutes of January 10, 2012 <br /> 2. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 12-500 implementing the employee contribution <br /> towards CaIPERS pension plan for Pleasanton Police Officers' Association <br /> Community Development <br /> 3. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 4. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 12-501 approving the 10-year Alameda County <br /> Transportation Commission Master Program Funding Agreement <br /> 5. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 12-502 granting maintenance and access <br /> easements to Zone 7, and; accepting a grant of easement from Zone 7 for the Stoneridge Drive <br /> bridges at the Arroyo Mocho Channel <br /> 6. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with <br /> S&C Engineers Inc., in the amount of$443,120 for construction inspection and testing services for <br /> the Stoneridge Drive bridge project <br /> 7. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 12-503 initiating proceeding for the formation of <br /> Underground Utility District No. 12-01 on Stanley Boulevard between Santa Rita Road and First <br /> Street, and setting April 3, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. as the date for the public hearing <br />
