ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11-420 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON, DENYING THE APPEAL OF CASE PAP-149, <br /> THEREBY UPHOLDING THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL <br /> OF THE APPLICATION OF RODNEY AND TRINA LOPEZ FOR <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER <br /> CASE PADR-2090 <br /> WHEREAS, Rodney and Trina Lopez have applied for Administrative Design <br /> Review approval for the construction of an approximately 80-square-foot single-story <br /> addition and an approximately 1,038-square-foot second-story addition to the existing <br /> residence located at 6114 Homer Court; and <br /> WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6,500 (One—Family Residential) <br /> District; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 30, 2010, the Zoning Administrator approved the <br /> application, and within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, David and <br /> Stephanie Persin, Hans and Roxana Hoehne, and Joe and TinaMarie Perry submitted <br /> an appeal to the decision of the Zoning Administrator; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 25, 2010, the Planning Commission, after <br /> having considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of City <br /> staff concerning the application, denied the appeal, thereby upholding the decision of <br /> the Zoning Administrator; arid <br /> WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, David <br /> and Stephanie Persin submitted an appeal to the decision of the Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 15, 2011, the City Council received a <br /> report from the Director of Community Development, together with a copy of the staff <br /> report to the Planning Commission, regarding this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on February 18, 2011, at <br /> which time the appellants, the applicants, and any other members of the public were <br /> offered an opportunity to present evidence regarding this appeal; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a review of the materials presented, the City Council <br /> determined that the proposed project, as conditioned, is appropriate for the site and is <br /> consistent with the zoning regulations of the zoning district of the property. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER <br /> THE FOLLOWING: <br /> 1 <br />
