CITY OF PLEASANTC>i <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALiFORNiA <br /> <br /> 8278 <br />F~ESOI-UTIO N NO, <br /> <br /> ~'~EREAS, the City Council, on February 26, 1962, adopted <br />Ordinance No. 341, an ordinance regulating encroachments upon <br />public streets and rights of way, and providing for permits, <br />repairs, and inspections thereof; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 2012 of said Ordinance No. 341 provides <br />that the City Council will, from time to time, establish a <br />schedule of fees, by resolution, ~or the issuance of permits, <br />field investigations, inspections, and restorations, where <br />necessary; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that <br />the City of Pleasanton hereby establishes <br />of fees to be charged in connection with Ordinance No. <br /> <br />the City Council of <br />the following schedule <br /> 341~ <br /> <br />a) Each permit $1.00 <br /> <br />5.00 <br /> <br /> b) Where a field investigation <br />is necessary prior to issuance of ~ <br />per~it, a minimum charge of: <br /> <br />5.00 <br /> <br /> c) Where a field inspection is <br />necessary after issuance of a permit, a <br />minimum charge of: <br /> <br /> d) Where a charge for inspection <br />or investigation exceeds the minimum <br />amounts sho%~ above, the charge shall be <br />calculated aa follows: <br /> <br />1) For trench excavation <br /> <br />2) For sid<~walk or driveway <br /> <br />3) For curb ~nd gutter <br /> <br />.02 per lineal foot <br />.01 per squ~re foot <br />.02 per lineal foot <br /> <br /> e) In addition~ a deposit will be <br />required to reimburse the C~ty for restoration <br />work, if the perm~ttee fails to complete the <br />work ~n a satisfactory manner; as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) For 1st class streets, <br />includinc the following: Ma~n Street, First <br />Street, Vineyard Avenue, Neal Street from First Street <br />to Entrada Drive: <br /> <br />2) For all other streets: <br /> <br />5.00 per lineal foot <br />80.00 minimum charge <br /> <br />2.50 per lineal foot <br />AO.O0 rain ~mum cb.~'~..~_~ <br /> <br />of this resolution available <br /> <br /> TB~ City clerk sh~ll make copies <br /> to interested parties upon request. <br /> DATED: March 19, 1962. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Cle~ <br /> <br /> <br />
