The Mayor and:.~he City Clerk in behalf of the City of <br />Pleasanton are hereby authorized to execute a contract with <br />JOHN PIETRONAVE, Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton, California, for <br />the exclusive right and franchise to collect and dispose of <br />garbage within the corporate i/mits of the City of Pleasanton, <br />upon the terms and conditions outlined at this public meeting on <br /> <br />April 2, 1962, subject to the conditions set forth below. <br /> <br /> 2.
