CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 359 <br />~E:SDLLITIO N NO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR <br />EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION <br />2107.5 of THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Master Agreement has been entered into between <br /> the State of California and the City of Pleasamton for the <br /> expenditure of the Engineering Allocation to Cities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Agreement in <br /> full and is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a budget proposal for the expenditure of~funds <br /> allocated under Section 2107.5 of the Streets and Highways Code <br /> for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1964, has been prepared <br /> for presentation to the State of California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton that said budget proposal be and is hereby <br />adopted'as the budget of proposed expenditures of the Engineering <br />Allocation to Cities, and said budget proposal be and the same <br />is hereby approved and the City Engineer is directed to sign the <br />same on behalf of said City, said budget proposal to be binding <br /> <br />upon the City upon its <br />the State. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED: January <br /> <br />approval by the authorized Officials of <br /> <br />28, <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN WOODWARD, City Clerk <br /> <br />1963. ~ ~ ~ q / <br /> <br /> / jOHN L.
