Hoey, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Chair Kathy Narum, and Commissioners <br />Arne Olson, Jennifer Pearce, and Jerry Pentin <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Phil Blank <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />2. <br /> <br />a. March 9, 2011 <br />Commissioner Pentin requested that the first two sentences of the third paragraph on <br />page 7 be modified to read as follows: Mr. Dolan indicated that determining a building <br />to be unsafe or dangerous does not happen very often, because even if the house is in <br />bad shape, it is difficult to say it is unsafe or dangerous since sometimes there is a <br />whole area in a building that is may be unoccupied. He noted that relocation is not a <br />viable solution <br /> <br />Commissioner Pearce noted that the second sentence of the third paragraph on <br />page 19 does not adequately reflect that she was referring to historic processes.
