CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3479 <br /> <br />OPPOSING STATE LEGISLATION CONTROLLING <br />LAND USE OF ROCK AND GRAVEL DEPOSITS <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council does hereby express its opposition to <br />any legislation which would take from local control the land use <br />for rock, sand and gravel deposits. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council does hereby approve and endorse <br /> <br />the presentation of James M.
