CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CAL!FORN!A <br /> <br /> $47 . <br />~E~'ILUTIE}N N~ ...... <br /> <br />APPROVING FINAL MAP AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF SUBDIVIS ION AGREEMENT, <br />TRACT NO. 2547, VINEYARD TERRACE <br /> <br />FOR <br /> <br /> The City Council does hereby resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Final Map of Tract No. 2547, Vineyard Terrace, drawn by <br />MacKay & Somps, Civil Engineers, dated December 13, 1963, is <br />hereby approved; and the City officers are authorized to execute <br />the necessary title shee certificates in behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br />subdivision agreement between the City and VINEYARD TERRACE <br />DEVELOPMENT COMEANY, a partnership, acting through WALTER G. LUND, <br /> <br />636 Bonita Avenue, Pleasanton, California, dated January 6, 1964. <br /> 3. The City does hereby consent to the recording of said <br /> <br />final map; provided, however, that all documents, certificates <br />and policies required by Ordinance No. 358, as amended, (Subdivisi~ <br /> <br />Ordinance) are in possession of the City. <br /> _ <br /> 4. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication' ° of <br /> <br />all public areas, streets, easements and rights of way shown on <br />said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a <br />separate instrument of conveyance. <br /> <br /> 5. The letter of credit from United California Bank dated <br />January 6, 1964, signed by A. H. Kingman, Jr., Vice President and <br />Manager, is hereby accepted as security required by Section 11612 <br />of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California, <br />and by paragraph 7 of the Subdivision Agreement dated January 6, <br />1964. A copy of said letter is attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof. Since this resolution is adopted in part in reliance upon <br />said letter of credit guaranteeing payment of improvements totalin <br />$35,913.12, a copy of said resolut'~on shall be sent to the <br />United California Bank. <br /> <br />- 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
