APPROVING FINAL MAP AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUBDIVIS ION AGREEMENT, TRACT NO. 2547, VINEYARD TERRACE FOR The City Council does hereby resolve as follows: 1. Final Map of Tract No. 2547, Vineyard Terrace, drawn by MacKay & Somps, Civil Engineers, dated December 13, 1963, is hereby approved; and the City officers are authorized to execute the necessary title shee certificates in behalf of the City. 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the subdivision agreement between the City and VINEYARD TERRACE DEVELOPMENT COMEANY, a partnership, acting through WALTER G. LUND, 636 Bonita Avenue, Pleasanton, California, dated January 6, 1964. 3. The City does hereby consent to the recording of said final map; provided, however, that all documents, certificates and policies required by Ordinance No. 358, as amended, (Subdivisi~ Ordinance) are in possession of the City. _ 4. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication' ° of all public areas, streets, easements and rights of way shown on said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a separate instrument of conveyance. 5. The letter of credit from United California Bank dated January 6, 1964, signed by A. H. Kingman, Jr., Vice President and Manager, is hereby accepted as security required by Section 11612 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California, and by paragraph 7 of the Subdivision Agreement dated January 6, 1964. A copy of said letter is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Since this resolution is adopted in part in reliance upon said letter of credit guaranteeing payment of improvements totalin $35,913.12, a copy of said resolut'~on shall be sent to the United California Bank. - 1 -
