RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. ~ IN THE MATTER OF THE ACQUISITION OF IMPR0VEMENTS IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 64-1, CITY OF PLEASANTON,ALAMEDA COUNTY,CALIFORNIA BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that it i~ the intention of said City Council to order the following acquisition of improvements to be made in Assessment District No. 64-1, City of Pleasanton, Alameda-County, California, to wit: Acquisition of improvements required by the City of Pleasan- ton Subdivision Ordinance as specifically applied to Mission Park Unit #1, Tract #2473, as indicated on the adopted im- provement plans for said subdivision, including curbs, gutters, sidewalks, street paving, including all necessary base and sub- base, sanitary sewers, storm drains and appurtenant facilities, water ~yste~, fire hydrants, street lighting system and grading, as defzned mn~the above mentioned ordinance. The limits of the work shall include all of Mission Park #1, Tract 2473, and said work shall constitute the improvement of Junipero Street, Schema Drive, and San Juan Way to the extent that said streets are contained within the subject subdivision. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the improvements to be acquired have been and are to be constructed in said streets, avenues, roads, lanes, courts, places and/or public ways of the dimensions, materials and parti- cular locations as set forth and.shown on the improvement plans and spe- cifications for the improvement, which have been'~heretofore approved by the City of Pleasanton. That the structures and work and' improvements herein described shall be constructed to the grades, subgrades and elevations severally shown upon the plans and profiles and detailed drawings hereinabove re- ferred to, which said grades are hereby adopted and established as the official grades therefor for all purposes in connection with these pro- ceedings. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pleasanton hereby finds that said work and improvements are of more than local or ordinary public benefit and that therefore said City Council hereby makes the expenses and costs of said work and improvements and ac- quisitions chargeable upon a district, which said district said City Council hereby declares the district benefited by the work and improve- ments and acquisitions herein described; said district shall include that territory in the City of Pleasanton which is shown on that certain map on -1-
