CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1216 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO ADD COPYING AND RELATED DUPLICATING <br /> SERVICES AS PERMITTED USES IN SECTION 2-7.08 (PERMITTED <br /> AND CONDITIONAL USES), ARTICLE 8 (C COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICTS), CHAPTER 2 (ZONING), TITLE II (ZONING AND <br /> DEVELOPMENT) OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Subsection a., Section 2-7.08 (Permitted and <br /> Conditional Uses), Article 8 (C Commercial Districts), <br /> Chapter 2 (Zoning), Title II (Zoning and Development) of <br /> the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is amended <br /> to add copying and related duplicating services, not <br /> including printing, lithographing, engraving or such <br /> similar reproduction services in Commercial Districts as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> "-copying and related duplicating services, not <br /> including printing, lithographing, engraving or such <br /> similar reproduction services <br /> <br /> CR* CR** CN CC CS CF CA <br /> (m) (p) <br /> <br /> P P P P P ,, <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," <br /> a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on September 3, 1985. <br /> <br /> <br />
