CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1215 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO ESTABLISH A <br /> LISTING OF PERMITTED AND CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES <br /> FOR A SHOPPING CENTER COMPLEX ON 7.7 ACRES LOCATED AT <br /> THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SANTA RITA ROAD AND WEST LAS <br /> POSITAS BOULEVARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 13, 1984, Council adopted <br /> Ordinance No. 1165 approving two medical office <br /> buildings and a retail shopping center on approximately <br /> 7.7 acres southeast of the intersection of Santa Rita <br /> Road and West Las Positas Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a listing of permitted and conditionally permitted uses <br /> for the project was not reviewed and subsequently not <br /> included in the conditions of approval for the project; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate at this time to specifically designate <br /> the permitted and conditionally permitted uses for the <br /> project; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the permitted and conditionally permitted <br /> uses set forth in Planning Commission Resolution 2691. <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," <br /> a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on September 3, 1985. <br /> <br /> <br />
