ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Community Development; Julie <br />Harryman, Assistant City Attorney; Janice Stern, Planning <br />Manager; Steve Otto, Senior Planner; Natalie Amos, <br />Associate Planner; and Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Chair Kathy Narum, and Commissioners Phil Blank, Greg <br />Jennifer Pearce, and Jerry Pentin <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Arne Olson <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />a.
