MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> March 15, 2011 <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Hosterman called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember <br /> Sullivan led the Pledge of Allegiance and gave introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Cook- Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Absent: Councilmember Thorne <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT — The City Attorney reported that the Council met in Closed <br /> Session regarding existing litigation in the case of Lin vs. City of Pleasanton and conference <br /> with labor negotiators regarding the contract with the PCEA and there is no reportable action. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mayor Hosterman requested removal of Item No. 17; PAP -152 (PADR- 2138), Frederic and <br /> Yiping Leroudier, Appellant (Applicant) to consider an appeal of the Planning Commission's <br /> approval of an Administrative Design Review application. <br /> City Manager Fialho noted that the April 5, 2011 Council meeting is canceled and the item will <br /> be agendized for the April 19, 2011 meeting. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Approved regular meeting minutes of February 15, 2011 <br /> 2. Approved an agreement with CDCE Engineered Solutions for the purchase and <br /> installation of replacement mobile data computers (MDC's) in police and fire vehicles <br /> 3. Adopted Resolution No. 11-422 to cancel the previously scheduled April 5, 2011 City <br /> Council meeting <br /> City Attorney <br /> 4. Introduced Ordinance No. 2019 amending the Municipal Code regarding: timing to file a <br /> claim against the City; references to the LPFD; update handbill restrictions; allow <br /> administrative citations for stormwater violations; clarify anti- scavenging prohibitions; <br /> update parade regulations; delete Traffic Appendix; update water turn off and reconnection <br /> charges; clarify tree preservation appeals process; correct internal references in the <br /> Zoning Code; update titles and reference the Master Fee Schedule for subdivisions; and <br /> related resolutions to: amend the Master Fee Schedule; accept specific public streets; and <br /> delegate authority to the City Engineer to accept grants and easements <br />
