ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Community Development; Julie <br />Harryman, Assistant City Attorney; Janice Stern, Planning <br />Manager; Steve Otto, Senior Planner; Jenny Soo, Associate <br />Planner; and Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Chair Arne Olson, Commissioners Phil Blank, Kathy Narum, <br />Greg O’Connor, Jennifer Pearce, and Jerry Pentin <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. January 27, 2010 <br />Commissioner Pearce requested that the first sentence of the third paragraph following <br />the closing of the public hearing on page 11 be modified to read as follows: <br />“…however, she was not certain that terminating the current use permit for oneanother <br />parcel ofland is the correct vehicle, given that….” <br />Commissioner O’Connor requested that the first sentence of the fourth paragraph on <br />page 14 be modified as follows: “Commissioner OlsonO’Connor stated that he would <br />not be attending the Institute….” <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, February 24, 2010 Page 1 of 17 <br /> <br />
