Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Chair Arne Olson, Commissioners Phil Blank, Kathy Narum, <br />Greg O’Connor, and Jennifer Pearce <br />Commissioners Absent: Jerry Pentin <br />2.APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. November 5, 2009 <br />Commissioner Blank requested that the first sentence of the fourth full paragraph on <br />page 15 be amended to read as follows: “Commissioner Blank stated they do not look <br />verypleasantPleasanton-like to him.” He further requested that the last paragraph on <br />the same page be amended to read as follows: “…the combination of the color and <br />form do not look like Pleasanton-liketype projects.” <br />Commissioner Blank requested that the seventh full paragraph on page 7 be amended <br />to read as follows: “Commissioner Blank inquired if the Commission will be able to <br />discuss the development agreement before it was signed.” <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, January 27, 2010 Page 1 of 15 <br /> <br />
