Adopt a resolution implementing provisions of Internal Revenue Code 414(H)(2) to tax defer member contributions for California Public Employees' Retirement Systems (CALPERS) City Attorney 3. Second reading of Ordinance No. 2019 an Omnibus Ordinance amending the Municipal Code regarding: timing to file a claim against the City; references to the LPFD; update handbill restrictions; allow administrative citations for storm water violations; clarify anti - scavenging prohibitions; update parade regulations; delete Traffic Appendix; update water turn off and reconnection charges; clarify tree preservation appeals process; correct internal references in the Zoning Code; update titles and reference the Master Fee Schedule for subdivisions City Manager 4.
