CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1210 <br /> <br /> AMENDMENTS TO VARIOUS TRAFFIC PROVISIONS OF THE <br /> ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Section 5-3.46 of Article 8 (Miscellaneous Parking <br /> Provisions) of Chapter 3 of Title V of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as set forth in <br /> Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Section 5-2.27 of Article 5 (One-Way Streets and <br /> Alleys) of Chapter 2 of Title V of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as set forth in <br /> Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," <br /> a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on August 6, 1985. <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on August 20, 1985 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmembers - Brandes and Butle <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: ~E~NETH R.
