CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1208 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON TO BE THE COUNCIL OF DIRECTORS OF THE HOUSING <br /> AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND RELATED <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Article 6B (Housing Authority) of Chapter 2 of Title <br /> I of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is amended to read as <br /> set forth in Exhibit A to this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times" a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on July 2, 1985. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on July 16, 1985 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler ad Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmembers Mohr and Wood <br />ABSENT: None .~~E~~~,~,~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> RCER~ MAYOR <br /> <br />james R.
