CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1204 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING GROWTH MANAGEMENT PROGRAM AND <br /> GUIDELINES ESTABLISHING AN EXEMPTION FOR SPECIFIED <br /> PROJECTS SMALLER THAN 50 UNITS IN SIZE <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Section 2-20.04 of Chapter 13 of Title II of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code is amended by adding a <br /> subsection (i) to read as follows: <br /> "(i) Projects of 50 units or less subject to the City <br /> Council finding that the project meets the criteria set <br /> forth in Section l(a)(iv) of Exhibit A to Resolution No. <br /> 82-66, as amended." <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times" a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption- <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of pleasanton on June 18, 1985. <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on July 2, 1985 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ~E~~~/ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: RCER, MAYOR <br /> <br /> 1~ C~t Att y <br /> P~F'D'.'
