CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1202 ApPROVING MAJOR MODIFICATION TO HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK CHANGING LAND USE DESIGNATIONS TO 15 SITES IN PHASE I (pUD-81-30-SM) WHEREAS, prudential Insurance Company has applied for modification of the Hacienda Business Park planned Unit Development to amend land use designations and site development standards on 15 sites within phase I of the Hacienda Business Park as well as extend Chabot Drive southerly to Inglewood Drive and add a new street north of and intersecting Gibraltar Drive; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on June 4, 1985; and WHEREAS, Council received the planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the PUD revision; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 4, 185; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this PUD modification is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the following modifications: 1. The development shall be substantially as shown on the revised development plan, Exhibit A, dated 5/15/85 on file with the planning Department, said revised development plan including the extension of Chabot Drive southerly to Inglewood Drive, the addition of Baker Street, and the minor relocation of Hacienda Drive northerly of Gibraltar Drive. This plan shall supersede all previously approved development plans for Hacienda Business Park Phase I. 2. That the uses, building heights and floor area ratios for Hacienda Business Park Phase I shall be modified for certain sites as shown in the ,,proposed" column of Exhibit B, Table 1 dated 5/13/85, on file with the planning Department-
