CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1202 <br /> ApPROVING MAJOR MODIFICATION TO HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK <br /> CHANGING LAND USE DESIGNATIONS TO 15 SITES IN PHASE I <br /> (pUD-81-30-SM) <br />WHEREAS, prudential Insurance Company has applied for <br /> modification of the Hacienda Business Park planned Unit <br /> Development to amend land use designations and site <br /> development standards on 15 sites within phase I of the <br /> Hacienda Business Park as well as extend Chabot Drive <br /> southerly to Inglewood Drive and add a new street north <br /> of and intersecting Gibraltar Drive; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no <br /> significant adverse effects on the environment, a <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on June 4, <br /> 1985; and <br /> WHEREAS, Council received the planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the PUD revision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 4, 185; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this PUD modification is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> pleasanton; <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: Approves the following modifications: <br /> 1. The development shall be substantially as shown on <br /> the revised development plan, Exhibit A, dated <br /> 5/15/85 on file with the planning Department, said <br /> revised development plan including the extension of <br /> Chabot Drive southerly to Inglewood Drive, the <br /> addition of Baker Street, and the minor relocation <br /> of Hacienda Drive northerly of Gibraltar Drive. <br /> This plan shall supersede all previously approved <br /> development plans for Hacienda Business Park Phase <br /> I. <br /> <br /> 2. That the uses, building heights and floor area <br /> ratios for Hacienda Business Park Phase I shall be <br /> modified for certain sites as shown in the <br /> ,,proposed" column of Exhibit B, Table 1 dated <br /> 5/13/85, on file with the planning Department- <br /> <br /> <br />
