PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2002-19 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF FRANK AUF DER MAUR <br />AND KONRAD RICKENBACK FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PDR-167 <br />WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur and Konrad Rickenback have applied for design review <br />approval to construct a new 15,020-square-foot, two-story service commercial <br />building located at 3589 Del Valle Pazkway in the Stanley Business Pazk; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-C (Planned Unit Development -Commercial) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of March 27, 2002, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature aze categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed building is well designed, <br />meets all applicable requirements of the Stanley Business Park PUD development <br />plan, and is appropriate for its location in the business park. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PDR-167, the application of Frank Auf der Maur and Konrad <br />Rickenback for design review approval to construct a new 15,020-square-foot, two- <br />story service commercial building located at 3589 Del Valle Parkway in the Stanley <br />Business Pazk, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
