<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2002-I4 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE MID-TERM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 2001-2002 THROUGH 2005-2006 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, one of the duties of the Planning Commission is to investigate and make <br />recommendations to the City Council regarding the means of <br />implementing the General Plan so that it will serve as an effective guide <br />for the efficient expenditure of public funds relating to the subjects <br />addressed in the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly-noticed public hearing of February 13,2002, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of City staff concerning the Mid-Term Capital <br />Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2001-2002 through 2005-2006. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Accepts the Mid-Term Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years <br />2001-2002 through 2005-2006. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON ON THE 13TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2002 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Arkin, Kameny, Maas, Roberts, and Sullivan <br />None <br />Commissioner Harvey <br />None <br /> <br />;;;:T~&y <br /> <br />peggy~ <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />i~ <br /> <br />Tris Maas <br />Chairperson <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~~Jk <br /> <br />Larissa Seto <br />Assistant City Attorney <br />
