PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2002-09 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO AMEND THE PLEASANTON <br />MUNICIPAL CODE, AS FILED UNDER CASE PRZ-11 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has filed an application to amend Chapter 18.44 (C <br />Commemial Districts) and Table 18.44.090 (Permitted and Conditional Uses) of <br />Title 18 (Zoning) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to allow tutoring for up to six <br />students as a permitted used in the CN (Neighborhood Commercial, District; and <br /> <br />at its meeting of January 23, 2002, the Planning Commission received a proposed <br />negative declaration prepared for Case PRZ- 11; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of <br /> the proposal; and <br /> <br />the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not <br /> have any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PRZ-11, the <br />application of the City of Pleasanton to amend Chapter 18.44 (Commercial <br />Districts) and Table 18.44.090 (Permitted and Conditional Uses) of Title 18 <br />(Zoning) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to allow tutoring for up to six students <br />as a permitted used in the CN (Neighborhood Commercial) District. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
