PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2002-08 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE VALLEY COMMUNITY <br />CHURCH FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PDR- 104 <br /> <br />the Valley Community Church has applied for design review approval of an <br />approximately 13,186-square-foot expansion to an existing church located at 4455 <br />Del Valle Parkway; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is P (Public and Institutional) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public heating of January 23, 2002, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved the Negative Declaration prepared for this <br /> project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed expansion would result in <br /> an overall design that is aesthetically pleasing and appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PDR-104, the application of the Valley Community Church for <br />design review approval of an approximately 13,186-square-foot expansion to an <br />existing church located at 4455 Del Valle Parkway, subject to the conditions shown <br />in Exhibit "B.2," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
