PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2002-06 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROViNG A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br />APPLICATION OF VALLEY COMMUNITY CHURCH FOR DESIGN REVIEW AND <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PCUP-25/ <br />PDR-104 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Valley Community Church has applied for design review approval of an <br />approximately 13,186-square-foot expansion to an existing church and a <br />modification to an existing conditional use permit for church activities and a <br />preschool located at 4455 Del Valle Parkway; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is P (Public and Institutional) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 23, 2002, the Planning Commission received a proposed <br /> negative declaration prepared for Case PDR-104/PCUP-39; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of <br /> the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not <br /> have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed project will have no <br /> potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PDR-104/PCUP-25, the <br />application of the Valley Community Church for design review approval of an <br />approximately 13,186-square-foot expansion to an existing church and a <br />modification to an existing conditional use permit for church activities and a <br />preschool located at 4455 Del Valle Parkway. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless <br />appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
