PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-2002-06 RESOLUTION APPROViNG A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF VALLEY COMMUNITY CHURCH FOR DESIGN REVIEW AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PCUP-25/ PDR-104 WHEREAS, the Valley Community Church has applied for design review approval of an approximately 13,186-square-foot expansion to an existing church and a modification to an existing conditional use permit for church activities and a preschool located at 4455 Del Valle Parkway; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is P (Public and Institutional) District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 23, 2002, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration prepared for Case PDR-104/PCUP-39; and WHEREAS, the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PDR-104/PCUP-25, the application of the Valley Community Church for design review approval of an approximately 13,186-square-foot expansion to an existing church and a modification to an existing conditional use permit for church activities and a preschool located at 4455 Del Valle Parkway. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
