PROMISSORY NOTE <br /> (interest included) <br /> ID #: 1128 <br /> DATE: May 21, 1990 <br /> $33,780.00 <br /> Property Address: 2339 Fairfield Court, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> IN ONE INSTALLMENT as herein stated, for value received, I promise to pay to the County <br /> of Alameda (Housing and Community Development) or order, at place designated the sum of <br /> Thirty -three Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Dollars and 00 /100s ($33,780.00) plus <br /> interest accrued to date of payment, providing that such interest charge shall not have <br /> accrued beyond a ten (10) year term or exceed a sum equal to fifty (50 per cent of the <br /> principal amount of this note (whichever is less) if paid when due. <br /> This note is due and payable upon the sale, conveyance, assignment, hypothecation, or <br /> other transfer to any party(ies) of any interest of the undersigned in the property <br /> described in the Deed of Trust executed this date by the undersigned and described below. <br /> This note is due and payable if the property shall cease to be the principal residence <br /> of the undersigned, except as may be necessitated for medical reasons. <br /> This note may not be assumed. <br /> Should default be made in payment of any installment when due, or upon the sale, <br /> conveyance, assignment, hypothecation, or other transfer to any party(ies) of any <br /> interest of the undersigned in the property described in the Deed of Trust executed this <br /> date by the undersigned and described below, the whole sum of principal shall become <br /> immediately due at the option of the holder of this note. Principal is payable in <br /> lawful money of the United States. If action be instituted on this note the undersigned <br /> promises to pay such sum as the Court may fix as attorney's fees. I promise to pay <br /> Servicing Agent a late payment charge of 7.0% of installment due of principal plus <br /> accrued interest. For all loans, regardless of principal amount, no late payment charge <br /> will be made if the installment is paid or tendered in full within 15 days after its <br /> scheduled due date.
