Approved minutes of June 17, 2008 <br /> 2. Adopted Resolution No(s). GHAD 09 -025, a Resolution declaring the Board's intention to <br /> approve assessments within the Moller Ranch Geologic Hazard Abatement District; GHAD <br /> 09 -026, a Resolution declaring the Board's intention to approve assessments within the <br /> Lemoine Ranch Estates Geologic Hazard Abatement District; GHAD 09 -027, a Resolution <br /> declaring the Board's intention to approve assessments within Oak Tree Farm the <br /> Geologic Hazard Abatement District; GHAD 09 -028, a Resolution declaring the Board's <br /> intention to approve assessments within the Laurel Creek Estates Geologic Hazard <br /> Abatement District and set June 16, 2009, as the date of the public hearings to hear <br /> protests concerning the proposed assessments <br /> Motion: It was m/s by Cook Kallio /McGovern to approve the Consent Calendar as <br /> recommended.
