A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />ACCEPTING THE MID -YEAR 2009 -10 FINANCIAL REPORT AND AMENDING THE <br />2009 -10 OPERATING BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, staff periodically presents to City Council reports regarding the financial <br />condition of the City along with any recommendations for budget amendments and technical <br />corrections or corrective actions needed, and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has formally adopted the 2009 -10 Operating Budget, and <br />WHEREAS, as the result of the Mid -Year Budget Update, staff is recommending certain <br />corrections and budget adjustments <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1: Amend the Operating Budget, as outlined in Attachment 2, Appendix A. <br />Section 2: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the <br />book of original resolutions. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br />a regular meeting held on 16` day of March, 2010. <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br />resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 16 day of March, <br />2010, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers Cook- Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Mayor Hosterman <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Councilmember Thorne <br />Abstain: None <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Jon an owell, City Attorney <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -346 <br />Kare Diaz, City Clerk <br />
