MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> February 2, 2010 <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Hosterman called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Vice -Mayor <br /> Thorne led the Pledge of Allegiance, provided remarks and introduced Lcpl Chris Partridge and <br /> Cpl John Minerva. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Cook- Kallio, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Absent: Councilmember McGovern <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> City Manager Fialho reported that Item 2 has been continued to February 16, 2010 and Item 8; <br /> Public Hearing: PUD -75 /PGPA -14 /PSPA -3, has been continued to a subsequent meeting at the <br /> applicant's request. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Approved regular meeting minutes of December 1, 2009, December 15, 2009 and regular <br /> (as corrected) and special meeting minutes of January 19, 2010 <br /> Vice -Mayor Thorne requested the following correction to the minutes of January 19, 2010 <br /> Page 1, fourth paragraph "...Mr. Dewitt Wilson was a great support throughout his <br /> political career, and that he will be sorely missed. He recalled that Mr. Tarver first <br /> assigned him to public office on the Planning Parks and Recreation Commission in <br /> 1995 <br /> City Manager <br /> 2. Continued to February 16, 2010 Approve of the Principles of Agreement Between the <br /> City, Kottinger Place Task Force and the Pleasanton Gardens Board of Directors <br /> Regarding a recommendation to continue the development process for a new low income <br /> senior development at 240 Kottinger Drive <br /> Community Development <br /> 3. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> Finance <br /> 4. Accepted the Monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for December 2009 <br /> Police <br /> 5. Approved various street closures for special events in 2010 <br />
