Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Chair Jennifer Pearce, Commissioners Phil Blank, Kathy <br />Narum, Greg O’Connor, Arne Olson, and Jerry Pentin <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2.APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. September 23, 2009 <br />Commissioner Pentin advised that he did not make the statement on the fourth <br />paragraph of page 24 regarding the disaster plan and requested that it be corrected. <br />Commissioner Narum indicated that she did. <br />Commissioner Blank requested that the word “if” be added between the words <br />“because” and “the Commission recommends” in the first sentence of the fifth <br />paragraph on page 17. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, October 14, 2009 Page 1 of 25 <br /> <br />
