RECORDER 30 '88 JUN 30 PIS 4 18 This Amendment is made as of this 27th day of June, 1988, by and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA, a municipal corporation and Eden Housing, Inc., a California nonprofit corporation. Whereas, the City of Pleasanton, as the Lessor, and Eden Housing, Inc., as the Lessee, entered into that certain Ground Lease dated June 1, 1988, and that certain Short Form Ground Lease dated June 1, 1988, recorded June 9, 1988, as Instrument No. 88- 138518 of the Official Records of Alameda County; Whereas, the legal description set forth in Exhibit "A" to the Ground Lease and Short Form Ground Lease contained an error; Now therefore, for valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: 1. The above- referenced Ground Lease and Short Form Ground Lease are hereby amended by deleting in its entirety the legal description of the real property set forth in Exhibit "A ", and replacing it with the following Exhibit "A ": LEGAL DESCRIPTION All that certain real property situated in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Parcel 2, as shown on Parcel Map No. 5231, recorded April 22, 1988 under Recorder's Series No. 88- 096708, in Book 176 of Maps at Pages 40 and 41, Alameda County Records. 2. This Amendment shall be effective as of June 1, 1988. 3. Except as amended hereinabove, the Ground Lease and Short Form Ground Lease remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
