CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1324 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF HARBOR VIEW INVESTMENT, INC. FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A SEVEN-STORY, 150 ROOM HOTEL, RESTAURANT, AND RELATED FACILITIES TO BE LOCATED ON APPROXIMATELY 3.6 ACRE8 AT 11920 OLD DUBLIN CANYON ROAD (PUD-87-2) (AP-87-12) WHEREAS, Harbor View Investment, Inc. applied for rezoning and development plan approval for construction of a seven-story, 150 room hotel, restaurant, and related facilities, to be located on an approximately 3.6 acre site located at 11920 Old Dublin Canyon Road (PUD-87-2); and WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 24, 1987, the Planning Commission denied the application of Harbor View Investment, Inc.; and WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, the applicant submitted an appeal to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 21, 1987, the City Council received a report (SR 87:312) from the Director of Planning and Community Development together with a copy of the materials submitted to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on July 21, 1987; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 21, 1987; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Plea~anton~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 3.6 acre site located at 11920 Old Dublin Canyon Road from "A" (Agricultural) District to the "PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial and Offices" District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #348, attached hereto as
