PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2001-25 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROViNG THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br />APPLICATION OF MCDONALD'S CORPORATION, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PDR-118 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />McDonald's Corporation has applied for PUD design review approval to construct a <br />new, approximately 5,134-square-foot, fast-food restaurant with drive-through and <br />indoor playplace, and for a 5,220-square-foot commercial building pad at 3001 <br />Bemal Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - C (Commercial) <br /> District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 23, 2001, the Planning Commission received a proposed <br /> negative declaration prepared for the project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the public was given the oppommity to comment on the environmental impacts of <br /> the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not <br /> have any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNiNG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PDR-118, the application of <br />McDonald's Corporation for PUD design review approval to construct a new, <br />approximately 5,134-square-foot, fast-food restaurant with drive-through and <br />indoor playplace, and for a 5,220-square-foot commercial building pad at 3001 <br />Bernal Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
