PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2001-11 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF CENTEX <br />HOMES FOR A MODIFICATION TO THE VINEYARD CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN, AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE SP-01 <br /> <br />Centex Homes has applied to amend the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan <br />to relocate two "Low Density Residential" units from Parcel 23 (Chfisman) to <br />become "Medium Density Residential" units on Parcel 21 (RMC Lonestar); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of March 14, 2001, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning the Specific Plan modification; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the Specific Plan modification is <br /> exempt from CEQA as a "minor alteration to land use limitations"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the Specific Plan modification is <br /> consistent with the City's General Plan and the Vineyard Corridor Specific Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case SP-01, the application of Centex Homes to amend <br />the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan to relocate two "Low Density <br />Residential" units from Parcel 23 (Chrisman) to become "Medium Density <br />Residential" units on Parcel 21 (RMC Lonestar). <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
