PLANN1NG COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2001-07 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPLICATION CHAMBERL1N <br />ASSOCIATES FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN REVIEW <br />APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-84D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Chamberlin Associates has applied for Planned Unit Development design <br />review approval to construct a two-story office building totaling <br />approximately 44,250 square feet on 2.7 acres of land located at 5075 <br />Hopyard Road (Site lA) in the Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O <br /> Industrial/Commemial-Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of February 14, 2001, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the proposed project is within the scope of the Environmental Impact <br />Report prepared in conjunction with the PUD approval for the entire <br />Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that a review of the site's land use is <br />appropriate and should include community input and review by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Denies Case PUD-81-30-84D, the application of Chamberlin Associates <br />for Planned Unit Development design review approval to construct a two- <br />story office building totaling approximately 44,250 square feet on 2.7 <br />acres of land located at 5075 Hopyard Road (Site lA) in the Hacienda <br />Business Park. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Determined that a process to reevaluate the use of the land on Site IA, <br />5075 Hopyard Road, in the Hacienda Business Park shall be initiated. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
