PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2001-04 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FINDING THAT THE CITY OF PLEASANTON'S SALE OF <br />AN APPROXIMATELY 14,000-SQUARE-FOOT CITY-OWNED PROPERTY <br />LOCATED WITHIN THE 4100 BLOCK OF STANLEY BOULEVARD IS IN <br />CONFORMANCE WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton is proposing to sell an approximately 14,000- <br />square-foot parcel located within the 4100 block of Stanley Boulevard <br />approximately 600 feet east of Main Street and adjacent to the Arroyo Del <br />Valle; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property R-1-20,000 (single-family residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />determinations of General Plan consistency regarding the sale of City- <br />owned property are exempt from the requirements of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission finds that the City of Pleasanton's sale of an <br />approximately 14,000-square-foot parcel located within the 4100 block of <br />Stanley Boulevard approximately 600 feet east of Main Street and <br />adjacent to the Arroyo Del Valle is in conformance with the Pleasanton <br />General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Determines that the City of Pleasanton's sale of an approximately 14,000- <br />square-foot parcel located within the 4100 block of Stanley Boulevard <br />approximately 600 feet east of Main Street and adjacent to the Arroyo Del <br />Valle is in conformance with the Pleasanton General Plan. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
