CITY OF PLEASAI' <br /> COUNTY OF ALArvi E£~, <br /> STATE OF CALiFO~Ntt~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ADOPTING <br /> A SELECT SYSTEM OF CITY STREETS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />County of Alameda, has adopted a resolution dated September 3, <br />1963, indicating its desire to receive funds made available by <br />the Collier-Unruh Local Transportation Development Act; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in order to accumulate the matching credits <br />required by S & H Code Section 186.5, it is necessary that the <br />City modify its Select System of City Streets in accordance <br />with the provisions of Section 186.3 of the Streets and Highways <br />Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council by resolution dated September 21, <br />1964, did adopt a Modified Select System of City Streets; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it now becomes necessary to amend the afore- <br />mentioned Modified Select System in order to meet the requiremen~ <br />of the Act; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Pl~asanton that that certain map dated February 1, 1965, <br />entitled"Czty of Pleasanton, Select System" and the accompanying <br />report entitled "Select System Report, City of Pleasanton, <br />February 1, 1965", which have been prepared for consideration <br />of the California Highway Commission, copies of which are on <br />file in the offices of the City Clerk and City Engineer and <br />incorporated herein as if set out in full herein are hereby <br />approved and adopted; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that three (3) copies of this <br />resolution be filed with said map and report in the office of <br />the Department of Public Works, State of California, through <br />the District Office of the Division of Highways. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton hereby petitions <br />the California Highway Commission to approve the aforementioned <br /> <br />map and report. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED: February 1, 1965. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN WOODWARD, City Clerk <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct <br />copy of Resolution No. 65-~, adopted by the City Council of <br />the City of Pleasanton, February 1, 1965. <br /> <br /> HELEN WOODWARD, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
