Final Map of Tract No. 2711, Amador Estates, Unit 2, <br />drawn by MacKay & Somps, Civil Engineers, dated October, 1964, is <br />hereby approved; and the City officers are authorized to execute <br />the necessary title sheet certificates in behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br />subdivision agreement between the City and DEVMAR, INC., a Calif- <br />ornia corporation, 268 Grand Avenue, Oakland 10, California, dated <br />February 1, 1965. <br /> <br /> 3. The City does hereby consent to the recording of said <br /> <br />!final map; provided, however, that all documents, certificates and <br /> ~olicies required by Ordenance No. 358, as amended, (Subdivision <br /> )rdinance) are in possession of the City. <br /> <br /> 4. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication of <br /> all public areas, streets, easements and rights of way shown on <br /> said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a <br /> separate instrument of conveyance. <br /> <br /> 5. Faithful Performance Bond No. M-438383 and Material and <br /> Mechanic's Lien Bond No. M-438383, both executed by ~surance <br /> Company of North America , as surety, and dated February 4, 1965, <br /> are hereby accepted as security required by Section 11612 of the <br /> Business and Professions Code of the State of California, and by <br /> paragraph 7 of the Subdivision Agreement dated February 1, 1965. <br /> 6.
