CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1503 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF MOx ~.RR PROPERTIES FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FIT~D UNDER CASE PUD-90-19 WHEREAS, Moller Properties has applied for planned unit development approval to construct a total of 99 residential dwelling units (62 townhomes, 23 single- family production lots, and 14 single-family custom lots) on approximately 35! acres of a 198 acre site located generally to the west/northwest of the Foothill Road/Muirwood Drive intersection; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low/Rural Density Residential and A (Agricultural) Districts; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, with mitigation measures, and all evidence presented in conjunction with the proposed project, the City Council finds that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment; and WHEREAS, on March 19, 1991, the City Council adopted a mitigated negative declaration for this project; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the planned unit development; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 19, 1991; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasant0n. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for 99 residential dwelling units (62 townhomes, 23 single-family production lots, and 14 single-family custom homes) on approximately 35± acres of a 198 acre site located generally to the west/northwest of the Foothill Road/Muirwood Drive intersection, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
