CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1503 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> MOx ~.RR PROPERTIES FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> APPROVAL AS FIT~D UNDER CASE PUD-90-19 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Moller Properties has applied for planned unit <br /> development approval to construct a total of 99 <br /> residential dwelling units (62 townhomes, 23 single- <br /> family production lots, and 14 single-family custom lots) <br /> on approximately 35! acres of a 198 acre site located <br /> generally to the west/northwest of the Foothill <br /> Road/Muirwood Drive intersection; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> - Low/Rural Density Residential and A (Agricultural) <br /> Districts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, with mitigation <br /> measures, and all evidence presented in conjunction with <br /> the proposed project, the City Council finds that the <br /> project will not have a significant effect on the <br /> environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 19, 1991, the City Council adopted a mitigated <br /> negative declaration for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the planned unit <br /> development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 19, 1991; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> Pleasant0n. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the development plan for 99 residential <br /> dwelling units (62 townhomes, 23 single-family production <br /> lots, and 14 single-family custom homes) on approximately <br /> 35± acres of a 198 acre site located generally to the <br /> west/northwest of the Foothill Road/Muirwood Drive <br /> intersection, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "B" <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
