CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1502 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF SUNWEST HORIZON FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-90-17 WHEREAS, Sunwest Horizon has applied for development plan approval for construction of 27 two-storytownhomes to be located on an approximately 2.3 acre site and rezone the site' from Agricultural zoning district to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential District, said site is located generally east of the Old Santa Rita Road/Santa Rita Road intersection (APN 946-1109-1-4 and 946-1109-2-3); and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on March 5, 1991; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the development plan and rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 5, 1991, and on March 19, 1991; ;and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning are consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON.DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 2.3 acre site located generally east of the Old Santa Rita Road intersection (APN 946-1109-1-4 and 946-1109-2-3 to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential District. section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #398, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated March 19, 1991, and incorporated herein by this reference.
