CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1510 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ROY THOMPSON FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FIRED UNDER CASE PUD-90-21 WHEREAS, Roy Thompson has applied for development plan approval of a three lot single-family custom home development on an 0.98 acre site and to rezone the site from "A" (Agricultural) District to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - MDR (MediumDensity Residential) District, said site is located at 6240 Sunol Boulevard; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on June 4, 1991; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the development plan and rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 4, 1991; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and zoning is consistent with the General Plan policies and the purposes of the PUD Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 0.98 acre .... site located t 6240 Sunol Boulevard to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - MDR (Medium Density Residential) District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of pleasanton dated .... April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 400, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated June 4, 1991, and incorporated herein by reference, Section___/3: Approves the development plan for construction of a three lot single-family custom home development on a 0.98 acre site located at 6240 Sunol Boulevard, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
