CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1510 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ROY <br /> THOMPSON FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> APPROVAL AS FIRED UNDER CASE PUD-90-21 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roy Thompson has applied for development plan approval of <br /> a three lot single-family custom home development on an <br /> 0.98 acre site and to rezone the site from "A" <br /> (Agricultural) District to PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> - MDR (MediumDensity Residential) District, said site is <br /> located at 6240 Sunol Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on June 4, 1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the development plan and <br /> rezoning; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 4, 1991; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> zoning is consistent with the General Plan policies and <br /> the purposes of the PUD Ordinance of the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 0.98 acre <br /> .... site located t 6240 Sunol Boulevard to PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - MDR (Medium Density Residential) District. <br /> Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of pleasanton dated <br /> .... April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 400, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated June 4, 1991, and incorporated herein <br /> by reference, <br /> <br /> Section___/3: Approves the development plan for construction of a <br /> three lot single-family custom home development on a 0.98 <br /> acre site located at 6240 Sunol Boulevard, subject to the <br /> conditions on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
