CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Pv.RASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1506 AN-ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF REID AND JIM MYERS FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL. AS, FIT. Rn UNDER CASE PUD-91-1 WHEREAS, 'Lee Reid and Jim Myers have applied for development-plan approval for construction of a two-story, four-building, self-storage facility totaling 58,422 sq. ft'. on a 1.38 acre site located at 3722 01d Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) --C (Commercial; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on April 2, 1991; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commissiorr' s recommendations for' approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 2, 199I; and- WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan--is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City-of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN~AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for construction of a two-story, four-building, storage facility totaling 58,422 sq. ft. on'a 1.38 acre site located at 3722_01d Santa Rita Road, subject to the conditions of Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4 (g) of Resolution NO. 77-66. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
