CITY COUNCIL CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1521 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 560 ACRE <br /> SITE TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOP) - RURAL <br /> DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND OPEN SPACE DISTRICT AS <br /> FILED UNDER CASE RZ-91-6 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an <br /> approximately 560 acre site located east of Hearst <br /> Drive and south of Red Feather Drive to the PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development) - Rural Density Residential <br /> and Open Space District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on October 1, 1991; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 1, <br /> 1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Approves Case RZ-91-6, and prezones the <br /> approximately 560 acre site located east of Hearst <br /> Drive and south of Red Feather Drive to the PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development) - Rural Density Residential <br /> and Open Space District. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> designating and dividing the City into zoning districts <br /> is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 403, attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A" dated October 1, 1991, and <br /> incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be file pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> <br />
