CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 162 1 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF HACIENDA OWNERS ASSOCIATION FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR A COMPREHENSIVE REVISION OF THE HACIENDA DESIGN GUIDELINES (pUD-81-30-28M/PUD-8S-8-10M) WHEREAS, Hacienda Owners Association has applied for a major modification to an approved planned unit development (Hacienda Business Park) for a comprehensive revision of the Hacienda Design Guidelines; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-FC-O (Planned Unit Development - Industrial/Commercial and Office) District; and WHEREAS, minor alterations in land use limitations are categorically exempt (Class 5) from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental document was prepared for this application; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission' s recommendations for approval of the major modification; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held on March 15, 1994; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed revisions are appropriate. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the major modification to the approved planned unit development (Hacienda Business Park) for a comprehensive revision of the Hacienda Design Guidelines, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B" , attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2_: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
