CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 162 1 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> HACIENDA OWNERS ASSOCIATION FOR A MAJOR <br /> MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT FOR A COMPREHENSIVE REVISION OF <br /> THE HACIENDA DESIGN GUIDELINES <br /> (pUD-81-30-28M/PUD-8S-8-10M) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Hacienda Owners Association has applied for a major modification to an approved <br /> planned unit development (Hacienda Business Park) for a comprehensive revision <br /> of the Hacienda Design Guidelines; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-FC-O (Planned Unit Development - <br /> Industrial/Commercial and Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, minor alterations in land use limitations are categorically exempt (Class 5) from <br /> the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, <br /> no environmental document was prepared for this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission' s recommendations for approval of the <br /> major modification; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held on March 15, 1994; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed revisions are appropriate. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the major modification to the approved planned unit development <br /> (Hacienda Business Park) for a comprehensive revision of the Hacienda Design <br /> Guidelines, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B" , attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2_: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days <br /> after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted <br /> for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
